About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for the City of Pittsburgh's Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the Department of Innovation & Performance, detailing the integration requirements for a proposed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The document presents a comprehensive integration scope table identifying 36 distinct data flows required to support seamless data exchange and end-to-end business processes across the City's existing and future application landscape. The proposed ERP solution must accommodate integrations with numerous City systems including Atlantis Inventory, Ceridian Dayforce, Bank of America, First National Bank, PNC Bank, Huntington Bank, Cartegraph, Docusign, OnBase, Procore, eCivis, and multiple payment processing systems. The integrations encompass critical functions such as inventory transaction posting, purchase order and vendor management, bank reconciliation and cash position updates, payroll journal entries and labor cost tracking, permit and license fee processing, tax billing and revenue posting, asset lifecycle management, document management and e-signature workflows, grant management, and treasury operations.

The document acknowledges that while the City has compiled a comprehensive list of required integrations based on business process analysis, the specific set of integrations may vary depending on the proposed solution's architecture, functionality, and delivered capabilities. Of the 36 identified integrations, only three currently exist within the ERP environment: cleared transactions and balances from Bank of America, payment instructions to Bank of America, and payroll journal entries from Ceridian Dayforce. Additionally, cashiering and walk-in payment data integration with iPayment currently exists. The remaining 32 integrations represent new requirements that must be supported by the selected ERP vendor to enable comprehensive financial posting, reconciliation, compliance tracking, and reporting across all City departments and external stakeholders.
