About this file
This document is Attachment B for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 250101, detailing network infrastructure design specifications for the Susan Street Sports Complex in Leesburg, Florida. The specifications outline comprehensive requirements for installing a fully functioning, weather-hardened network system supporting Wi-Fi access points, cameras, and networking infrastructure. The project involves deploying 10 network cabinets, 16 fiber pull boxes, one fiber vault, 9 twelve-count single-mode fiber runs, one 96-count single-mode fiber run, 26 SCW Viking 8.0 cameras, 1 Deputy 2.0 camera, 9 Meraki MR-86 outdoor Wi-Fi access points, and 2 Meraki MR-36 Wi-Fi access points.
The City of Leesburg will provide and pre-configure specific networking equipment for the project, including switches, SFP modules, network video recorders, power distribution units, UPS systems, patch panels, and various cameras and access points. The contractor is responsible for building, powering, and installing network cabinets, underground infrastructure, fiber optic cabling, power requirements, and associated components. The project requires precise installation of network equipment across multiple locations within the sports complex, including poles, data closets, concession stands, and locker rooms, with specific requirements for cable routing, termination, and power circuits. Additionally, the contractor must design and implement a separate fully functional audio system with game announcing, complex-wide announcements, music playback, and Bluetooth capabilities.

Network Cabinet Design
The Contractor will be responsible for building, powering, and installation of the network cabinets.
SCW Viking 8.0 pole mount bracket
SCW Electrical Mount Junction Box
As a separate design, for an installation and implementation requirement, the general contractor will be required to design and implement a fully functional audio system for announcing during events.
Specifications for the sound system design are not included in this document and it is the responsibility of the contractor to design and fully implement the sound system.
The design idea is to have a full game sound system that is on the championship field, then a few auxiliary speakers spread throughout the complex. That way we can isolate the championship field from the full complex, but have the ability to make full complex announcements or to play music throughout the complex.
Contractor will design and install a sound system to satisfy the following needs:
1. Game announcing on championship field
2. All call announcements for full complex
3. Ability to play music on championship field and throughout the entire complex
4. The system needs to have Bluetooth capability and be very user friendly.
