About this file
This document is a Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) for a potential federal contract opportunity to provide course development and delivery services. The DD Form 254 specifies that the contractor will require access to Secret and NATO information related to the performance of the contract. It identifies the contracting government activity as the 502nd Air Base Wing Installation Protection office at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland and lists the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency as relieved of security oversight, which will instead be provided by the host installation protection office. The document provides guidance that any classified information generated or received during contract performance must be properly safeguarded.
This related federal contract opportunity notice announces Solicitation Number ID07210019-47QWFA21Q0046 for course development and delivery services issued by the General Services Administration on behalf of the Air Education and Training Command. The notice describes AETC's mission and learning priorities and states the purpose of the requirement is to provide long-term support for planned and programmed learning requirements, including course development, operations, and professional services. Interested offerors should monitor the notice for amendments including additional solicitation documents. The pre-proposal conference date is listed as June 22nd.
