All responding vendors must comply with federal FEMA provisions, including federal labor standards with overtime compensation at time-and-a-half for hours exceeding forty per workweek and liquidated damages of $32 per calendar day for violations. Compliance with the Local Government Prompt Payment Act and Collier County's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions is required.
