About this file
This document is an Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Disclosure template for the NEXUS Solicitation. Offerors are required to submit this disclosure as part of their proposal in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.5 and the OCI clauses contained in the solicitation.
The disclosure requires offerors to: (1) declare whether they have no known OCI or an actual/potential OCI; (2) describe any identified conflict, including the affected business units, work scope, and potential impact; (3) provide a mitigation plan with detailed controls, firewalls, and procedures if an OCI exists; (4) disclose OCI risks involving parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or subcontractors; (5) identify all prior or current contracts related to this procurement that may create conflicts, including customer name, contract number, performance period, and description; and (6) certify the submission as accurate and complete with the signature, name, title, and date of an authorized organizational official. The disclosure serves to ensure transparency and allow the government to assess whether conflicts exist that could compromise the offeror's ability to perform objectively or provide fair competition.
