About this file

This is an Addendum document for a State of Oregon capital improvement project at the Hult Center involving seating, electrical, and mechanical upgrades under Contract Opportunity COE 20262045. The base bid scope requires removal of existing seating platforms and lighting system upgrades throughout the facility. Alternate 1 expands the work to include installation of a cooling system in the existing spot booth, necessitating placement of a cooling unit within the booth and a corresponding rooftop unit, along with electrical infrastructure extension through Silva Hall above the ceiling, gypsum plenum opening between roof structures, patching work, core drilling, and membrane roof modifications as detailed in the project drawings. The bid submission deadline is June 4, 2026, with the contract opportunity having been posted on May 8, 2026. Qualified contractors must demonstrate the ability to perform mechanical, electrical, and structural work in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in the project documentation and construction drawings.

The specific award value or budget range for this project has not been disclosed in the available contract information. The contract opportunity documents do not explicitly specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or incumbent vendor information. Interested bidders should consult the complete project manual and request for proposal for additional details regarding minority-owned business enterprise participation requirements, bonding and insurance specifications, and evaluation criteria. Prospective bidders are advised to obtain the full scope documents and reach out to the contracting entity directly for clarification on timeline specifics and any pre-bid meeting or site visit opportunities that may be scheduled prior to the June 4, 2026 submission deadline.
