About this file

This is a Project Manual for the Hult Center Seating, Electrical and Mechanical Improvements project in Oregon, prepared by the contracting entity for COE 20262045. The project encompasses removal of existing seating platforms and lighting upgrades as the base bid, with Alternate 1 involving the installation of cooling systems in the existing spot booth. Work includes installing a cooling unit in the spot booth and rooftop unit, extending electrical infrastructure through Silva Hall above the ceiling, opening the gypsum plenum between roof structures, patching, core drilling, and membrane roof modifications as specified in the project drawings and technical documents.

The manual serves as the comprehensive guide for bidders and contains detailed specifications, drawings, and requirements necessary for contractors to prepare accurate bids and execute the work. The document outlines the scope of work, technical requirements, and construction standards that must be adhered to throughout the project. Specific pricing terms, payment structures, project timeline, bid submission dates, pre-bid meeting information, and other contract administration details would be contained within the full documentation to guide contractor selection and project execution.
