About this file

This is an Addendum document issued by the State of Oregon for Contract Opportunity COE 20262045, concerning seating, electrical, and mechanical improvements at the Hult Center. The project encompasses a base bid scope requiring removal of existing seating platforms and lighting system upgrades throughout the facility, with Alternate 1 expanding work to include installation of a cooling system in the existing spot booth. Alternate 1 work includes placement of a cooling unit within the booth and a rooftop unit, extension of electrical infrastructure through Silva Hall above the ceiling, opening of gypsum plenum between roof structures, patching work, core drilling, and membrane roof modifications as detailed in the project drawings. The bid submission deadline is June 4, 2026, with the contract opportunity having been posted on May 8, 2026. Qualified contractors must demonstrate capability to perform mechanical, electrical, and structural work in accordance with technical specifications outlined in the project documentation and construction drawings.

The contract opportunity documents do not explicitly specify the award value, budget range, set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or incumbent vendor information. Prospective bidders are advised to consult the complete project manual and request for proposal for additional details regarding minority-owned business enterprise (MOBE) participation requirements, bonding and insurance specifications, contractor eligibility conditions, evaluation criteria, and any pre-bid meeting or site visit opportunities that may be scheduled prior to the submission deadline. Interested parties should contact the contracting entity directly for clarification on these matters and any other conditions governing the bid process.
