| 1 | PWS | PWS Para 4, Scope | The U.S. Government stated the following on the PWS: "The contractor shall have the mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering service capability to support maintenance and sustainment of the cranes in this contract. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining equipment maintenance service manuals that are not available from the Government and provide copies to the Government. The contractor shall be responsible for software/modernization upgrades required for the cranes. Contractor shall be provided maintenance/user access to the Crane Industrial Control system (ICS). All ICS system administration and cybersecurity functions shall remain the responsibility of the government. The contractor shall coordinate with ICS system administrator for approval prior to making changes to crane software settings." |
As we specialize in these systems we either have to information on file or have access to the information. But we need to know the manufacturer, model, serial, etc if this equipment in order to cross reference files. Can U.S. Gov at a minimum provide us a list of equipment manufacturers? And possibly by location? Yes, the Government can provide reference information and list of equipment once the contract has been awarded.
