About this file

The amendment updates the instructions to offerors by revising the submission requirements to utilize the DoD Secure Access File Exchange system for electronic proposal submission no later than January 4, 2022. Offerors must request a drop-off code by emailing specified contracting personnel. The amendment also provides further details on the required proposal structure and content, including separate sections for contract documentation, technical factors, and pricing information.
