2PricingAttachment 3 - Pricing TemplateSecondly I am not certain what is meant by Option Periods 1-4 and the Base Year 1-Local in terms of pricing.This contract has a base year and four option periods. For Attachment 3 - Pricing Template, each offeror shall provide rates for each lane (Local, Low Boy, etc.) for the base year and options periods (OP1-OP4).
3PricingAttachment 3 - Pricing TemplateAre there FSC charts for these lanes?Fuel surcharge will be calculated weekly in accordance with Headquarters Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (HQ SDDC) Policy TR-12. The fuel adjustment applies only to the domestic line haul portion of the contractor’s rate and is not applicable, i.e., does not apply to local pickups/deliveries please reference 1.4 Fuel Surcharge inthe ATAC IV PWS.

As for packaging there is a consolidation requirement, which is outlined in section 1.3.2.4 Task Area 2, Subtask 4 of the PWS." FOLLOW UP QUESTION: Will the packaging be done before the freight is scheduled to be picked up?Yes, the packaging will be done in accordance with the P-700 prior to releaing to the TTC.
