Q & A IV Solicitation HTC711-11-R-R007
1. Regarding Attachment 4, shouldn’t a new attachment be sent with the changes posted on FedBixOpps amendment 003?
Response: Attachment 4 has not changed, the quantities included on the routes are estimated and will be used to evaluate prices submitted. The minimum billable weight of 151 lbs is included in the CLIN language for each period of performance. This language will be incorporated into the contract when awarded.
2. Regarding Supplies or Services and Prices. If the Government tenders a shipment of two sealed containers, is the minimum weight 151 lbs per sealed container or 151 lbs per shipment? Commercially it would be 151 lbs per sealed container as the two containers are taking two positions on the aircraft.
Response: The Government will not accept a per container size minimum weight. The minimum of 151 lbs is for the entire shipment, regardless of the number of containers utilized.
File details come from the government source that posted it. Updated .
