Amendment 05 HT9410-24-Q-2004 NMCSD Warehouse and Decon Gear Removal

The purpose of this Amendment 05

1. Respond to Requests for Information, as follows:

1. Can you provide an accurate pallet count?

The Government counted as best they could with the amount of space they had. The pallet count to be removed will stay the same as what is in the PWS at approximately 340 pallets to be removed.

2. Does the SOW include the installation of the shelving for the remaining pallets, or is the shelving already installed? If shelving installation is included in SOW, what are the dimensions and quantities?

Yes, the SOW includes the installation of shelving, in Part 5.0.No, the shelving is not already installed, and must be purchased and installed after award. The dimensions of the shelving must fit pallets up to 48x48x48. There should be 8 shelving units 4 on one side of the warehouse and 4 on the other side to match illustration below.

Please refer to the Diagram outlined in the Attachment 3 in the PWS.
