Amendment 02 HT9410-24-Q-2004 NMCSD Warehouse and Decon Gear Removal

The purpose of this Amendment 02

1. Revise the Performance Work Statement

2. Respond to Requests for Information, as follows:

1. Looking at the photos, they wouldn't happen to have an inventory list of all the items, with quantities being excesses, would they?

The inventory listed is uploaded as a separate attachment under this RFQ. Please refer to the document titled: Amendment 2_Enclosure 1 Inventory

2. Does the Government intent do have an ERP system for the remaining items?

The government does not intend to use its own ERP system. Government will re-inventory remaining equipment once contractor has installed shelving and equipment is placed on new shelving.

3. Clarify following parts of the PWS: 5.1.3.1 and 5.1.3.2.

Please refer to the updated PWS for the changes (strike through and in red) under the two sections outlined in the question. The updated PWS is named Performance Work Statement_01122024.

4. Please provide the dimensions of the metal pallet shelving that is being requested.

Please refer to the Performance Work Statement Section 5, last page on attachment 3 for guidance.

5. Are there any chemicals in the warehouse?

There are no chemicals, just medical and DECON Supplies.
