Self Certification Matrix

This Attachment includes not only the information that offerors must submit with their proposal in Table 1 for self-verifications; but also how offerors should be prepared to demonstration performance characteristics listed in Table 2.

In Table 1, offerors shall provide the information listed in the Self Certification Matrix with their proposal. If no requirement is included the in the Test/Verification Method column, then they should write “Y” if they can meet the performance characteristics . If they cannot meet the performance requirement they should write “N” for no, of no data requirement is specified.

Performance characteristics 91-95 will be verified during the safety review that will take place before testing starts.Table 2, describes the methods that offerors shall be prepared to use to demonstrate the performance characteristics listed at the TSIF.
