13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classifiection guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract;

security: Contractor employees (to include applicants, temporaries, part-time and replacement employees) under the contract, requiring access to sensitive information, shall undergo a position sensitivity analysis based on the duties each individual will preform on the contract. The results of the position sensitivity analysis shall identify the appropriate background investigation to be conducted. All background investigations will be processed through the DHS Security Office. Prospective Contractor employees shall submit the following completed forms to the DHS Security Office through the DHS Technical Representative no less than thirty (30) days before the start of the contract or thirty (30) days prior to the entry on duty of any employees, whether a replacement, addition, subcontractor employee, or vendor:
