Government only orders TAS hours from the most expensive wage rate site or adds additional basic service hours at the most expensive wage rate site?

Answer #27: Given the nature of TAS, the Government cannot determine the exact hours of TAS required. However we can order the maximum hours established on the CLIN. The Government has the unilateral right to increase/decrease services at the rate specified in the contract.

Question #28: Since there is a significant tax burden paid by the contractor on H&W received in cash under the ASP CBAs, can the Government provide the number of PSOs who have elected to receive this benefit in cash?
