Response: All CG PC towers have HDMI outputs. The CG requires the guest stand-alone laptop connection to be both HDMI and VGA.

4. Is there an equipment rack already in place in each room for mounting equipment?

Response: There is currently a podium (equipment rack) in place for all rooms, except in Room 112.

5. For the rooms that have the HDMI Audio extractor, will there be more than 1 extractor per room?

Response: Only one extractor per room is needed in the rooms that have HDMI audio extractors.

Response: The Video Tele-Conference (VTC) will be Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) only.

10. Do you have an input output list for each office location?

11. I assume that the power injector is for the Creston TSW 1052 touch panel if so Crestron states that the warranty is voided if any other power supply is use other than their own.

Response: The CG contacted Crestron to determine if the use of other than Crestron Power over Ethernet (PoE) equipment would void their warranty. Crestron stated that the current listed PoE

RFQ HSCG41-16-Q-QW6617 Page 2 of 7 would not void the warranty. The CG will accept the Crestron equivalent PoE (PWE-4803RU) if provided at the same cost as the TP Link TL-PoE150S.
