The following is a breakdown of the percentage amounts that will be withheld or deducted for each functional area for 1 st offense through 4 th offense in deficient and at-risk within the entire contract period of performance. As stated in the withholding and deduction criteria, no more than the total weight for each functional area (for example 20% for Guard Services) will be withheld or deducted on the monthly invoice. The offenses will be recorded on a twelve (12) month basis.
