About this file

This document is a pricing spreadsheet for a Request for Information (RFI) related to a federal contract opportunity for Combined Indianapolis System Support services. The RFI seeks specialized resources to support and maintain compliance and integration of multiple systems, including DATAAPS, HQARS, and WIA, as well as new Enterprise Resource Planning systems under development.

The pricing spreadsheet outlines the required labor categories, quantities, and unit of issue for a base period of performance from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, as well as four one-year option periods. The labor categories include Program Manager - Senior or Equivalent, Software Engineer - Senior or Equivalent, and System Engineer - Senior or Equivalent for the HQARS, DATAAPS, and WIA systems. Contractors are required to provide equivalency documentation if proposing alternative labor categories. The government plans to evaluate the total evaluated price, which will include the base period and all options. The Option to Extend Services for six months will be evaluated at half the price of the last option period.
