About this file
This document is a pricing spreadsheet for a Request for Information (RFI) related to the FY25 Combined Indianapolis System Support contract opportunity. The RFI is seeking information from vendors to support and maintain compliance and integration of multiple systems, including DATAAPS, HQARS, and WIA, as well as new Enterprise Resource Planning systems under development by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).
The spreadsheet outlines the required labor categories, quantities, and pricing for the base year and four option years. Key labor categories include Program Manager, Software Engineer, and System Engineer. Vendors must provide "Equivalency Documentation" if they propose alternate labor categories. The government plans to evaluate the total evaluated price, including the base period and all options, but will not be obligated to exercise the options. Vendors must submit pricing in the yellow-shaded areas of the spreadsheet.
