About this file

This is a pricing spreadsheet template for a Request for Information (RFI) related to the Defense Joint Military Pay System (DJMS) support services. The spreadsheet requests pricing for various labor categories across a base period (December 1, 2025 - November 30, 2026) and four option years through November 30, 2030. The required labor categories include Project Administrator (Intermediate/Journeyman), Applications Programmer (Senior and Intermediate), and Data Security (Senior) positions for both Active Component (AC) and Reserve Component (RC) systems.

The pricing template specifies labor hours for each position, with AC requirements including 7,680 hours for Senior Programmers and 5,760 hours for Intermediate Programmers annually, while RC requirements include 3,840 hours each for both Senior and Intermediate Programmers. Project Administrator and Data Security positions are firm-fixed-price (FFP) contracts, while programmer positions are labor-hour (LH) contracts. The government will evaluate total pricing including all option years and a potential six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8, calculated as half the price of the final option year. Contractors proposing equivalent labor categories must provide separate documentation justifying the equivalency.
