Solicitation # HQ0236-11-T-0006 Questions and GCMC Response

Question: Our question remains, can we get their current pay rates or a pay range for the positions to base our pricing on? Otherwise what would happen, if the contract is awarded to a contractor, who's pricing was based on wages that are far from the actual pay rates they are required to pay the employees by law?

Answer: The Government does not have information regarding the current pay rates or pay range for the positions under contract. When 613(a) applies, the incumbent contractor is ultimately responsible for disclosing relevant information to facilitate full compliance with the law by both parties. It is the contractor's responsibility to determine which local laws apply to each contract and prepare the quote accordingly.
