To facilitate meeting this date, WarU will provide exam items to the contractor, in an electronic format as required by the contractor’s normal commercial practices, as soon as practicable after contract award.
3.3The place of performance shall be either at the contractor’s established test facilities or third-party test sites worldwide, and (as an option) virtually in accordance with the contractor’s established live and secure remote proctoring methods or procedures. The determination whether each individual exam is delivered either in person or remotely is at the discretion of the candidate when he or she schedules the exam through the contractor’s registration system.

4.) SCOPE.

4.1The contractor shall deliver securely proctored exams, on demand (scheduled by exam candidates) either physically at contractor-provided test centers or third-party/partner test sites worldwide or virtually using the contractor’s established remote online (live) proctoring methods. (Historical Exam delivery numbers are provided as attachment in Section J of the RFQ)

The contractors’ exam delivery system must be able to present and grade not only cumulatively, but also down to these discrete levels. Additionally, the exam system must allow for randomization of items in these pools per delivery, so that no two examinees are presented to the same exam, to enhance exam security and/or to lessen the risk of exam item compromise.

4.2The contractor shall work with WarU to establish an organizational linkage for the purposes of scheduling and delivering exams.
4.2.1Each candidate will sign-up for their respective certification exams through the same registration process used to enroll in classes delivered by WarU. This will ensure all existing organizational approval workflow requirements are met. Once WarU receives approval for the examinee (candidate) to take the certification exam, the candidate will be directed to the contractor’s registration system to schedule the exam.
4.2.2Upon completion of the exam, the contractor shall provide the immediate completion record to the examinee which consists of (at a minimum) the overall exam score and a breakdown of performance by exam-specific category or sub-category level(s) which will be established prior to publising of each individual exam. WarU will provide the employee and their employing service/agency any additional feedback as necessary.

The contractor shall identify thresholds for major and minor exam updates & modifications and provide a methodology or establish a system for the government to communicate and implement updates in accordance with industry standards or corporate practices.
4.4Program management – Based on the anticipated exam delivery demand signal, the contractor shall provide a dedicated, program/project manager (or account lead, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring a single and consistent point of contact for the WarU team for all matters pertaining to the management of the contract and matters with the exam(s).
