About this file

The document is an Excel template for submitting questions and comments on a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). The template provides a structured format for stakeholders to raise inquiries about a federal contract opportunity, specifically for the Dubai Air Show 2025 Exhibit Build solicitation (HQ003425QE144) issued by the DOD Washington Headquarters Service. The template includes columns for documenting the draft document section, page number, line number, impact level, and specific questions, with detailed instructions for completing the matrix. The template is designed to facilitate a systematic approach to gathering and tracking feedback on draft procurement documentation, with guidelines such as entering only one question per row, marking proprietary information, and using a specific format for recurring comments.
