About this file

This document is a Past Performance Evaluation Questionnaire for a federal contract opportunity related to the Dubai Air Show 2025 Exhibit Build. The form provides instructions for offerors to submit at least three past performance contract references demonstrating recent and relevant experience in the trade show industry. Recent experience is defined as performance of a currently ongoing contract or completed within the last two years, with relevant experience similar in scope, size, and complexity to the work described in the Performance Work Statement.

The questionnaire requires detailed information about previous contracts, including company details, contract specifics, procurement vehicle, contract type, pricing structure, award date, period of performance, contract amount, and role on the project. Offerors can submit past performance references from their own company or a subcontractor who served as the prime contractor. While past performance examples ideally should come from the defense trade show sector, booth builds for any industry will be considered acceptable. The form is dated May 5, 2025, and is part of the solicitation process for the Washington Headquarters Service (DOD) contract opportunity.

PAST PERFORMANCE EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS SENDING PAST PERFORMANCE FORMS:

The Government is requesting that the Offeror provide at least three (3) past performance contract references that reflect recent and relevant experience in the trade show industry. Recent experience is defined as performance of a currently ongoing contract or completed performance of a contract that was completed no more than two years prior to the date of issuance of the Solicitation. Relevant experience is defined as that which is similar in scope, size, and complexity to the work described in the Performance Work Statement and contract type. The completed questionnaire must be sent along with the Offeror’s proposal.

The Offeror may submit a past performance contract reference of its Subcontractor, as long as the Subcontractor served as the Prime Contractor for a contract awarded to the Offeror. Past performance examples should ideally come from work in the defense trade show sector, but booths build for any industry will suffice.
