Yes, the Contractor is responsible for scheduling and driving the GSA Fleet vehicles to the shops to get the PM performed.
07 Addendum FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2
We respectfully request that the Government remove the requirement in Solicitation HE125426RE007 that the prime contractor must independently demonstrate at least 1 past performance and allow the prime to rely on the relevant past performance of a teaming partner? Limiting acceptable past performance solely to the prime significantly restricts competition, particularly for small businesses, and may exclude highly capable teams with proven experience residing in their subcontractors. Federal acquisition guidance, including FAR 15.305(a)(2)(iii), supports consideration of subcontractor past performance when relevant, and doing so would expand the competitive pool, promote fair access, and enable the Government to assess the full capability of offeror teams. Allowing teaming partner experience enhances competition, strengthens best-value outcomes, and ensures the Government receives proposals from the most qualified and experienced teams.
FAR 52.212-1 Addendum and FAR 52.212-2 Addendum have been revised. Please see Amendment 2 for the revisions.
