About this file
This file is a detailed FY25 pricing spreadsheet containing equipment lists and training requirements for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Security Cooperation Engagement Program. The document outlines requirements across 11 partner nations including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Morocco, Poland, Taiwan, Columbia, and Tunisia, with specific equipment packages and training events planned for each country.
The spreadsheet details 38 distinct training events across these nations, ranging from CWMD operations courses to specialized equipment training, with most events requiring 2 instructors and lasting 5-10 days. Equipment requirements include Mass Casualty Decontamination (MCD) kits, CBRN Reconnaissance (CR) kits, and Counter-WMD (C-IWMD) kits, with detailed parts lists for each kit type. The document specifies that contractors must support a minimum of 3 events simultaneously, with first events starting within 120 days of contract award. Training requirements include interpretation services in multiple languages (Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Spanish, Arabic, Polish, and Chinese), venue arrangements, and comprehensive logistics support including student travel and accommodations. The program includes 25 additional Operations & Maintenance events to be conducted throughout the base contract year.

| 2 | Column C | The contractor will be responsible for supporting this number of events at a minimum for the designated project. The detailed information for each project is provided on the "333 FY25 Events" tab | ||
| 3 | Column D | The contractor will be responsible for procuring up to this number of equipment packages for the relevant country/project but could vary. | ||
| 4 | Column E | The contractor will be responsible for shipping this number of equipment sets for the designated country/project.
