A3- CLIN 0004 is a Firm Fixed Price CLIN that provides service and material to bring all HVAC system components to a fully operational status within 30 days of award date.
Q4. CLIN 2 states that emergency maintenance materials will be billed back to government at Actual
Cost, but there is also a line item for profit and overhead. Will material be reimbursed at actual cost or cost plus profit and overhead?
A4- CLIN x002 will be amended to remove the “actual cost” verbiage.

A5- CLINs x003 and x004 are FFP and do not require this information.
Q6. If subcontractors are required in the performance of the PWS will the subcontractor’s costs to the awarded contractor in CLINS 2-4 be able to be invoiced at cost plus overhead and profit?
A6- No. CLINs x003 and 0004 are FFP. CLIN x002 has been addressed in A4.
Q7. Task 1 of the PWS states that the contractor will support the Tracer Summit Software System and
