Q3:
a. What type of video wall, is that LED video wall or something else? and detail spec of the video wall? LED. See Amendment 0001.
b. How big is each video wall? Each wall should be 6' 9.04'' H X 24' 0.15'' W X 0' 2.1” D (Approximate dimensions), 2160x7680 pixels.
c. How many and which type of signal video source thru video processor? Up to 18 video sources suppor ng up to 4K.
Q4:
a. How large of a video wall are you envisioning? What are your available wall dimensions? Each wall should be 6' 9.04'' H X 24' 0.15'' W X 0' 2.1” D (Approximate dimensions), 2160x7680 pixels.
b. Is there a specific screen brand you're considering? Any previous brands that have impressed you? See Amendment 0001.
c. Do you have preferences regarding bezel size? N/A
d. Are you thinking about integra ng an audio system with the video wall? If so, what’s your ideal setup? Not for this requirement. Audio system is already exis ng.
e. What’s your meline for comple ng this project? The required comple on date is 12 months from date of contract award.
Q5:
a) Does DISA PAC have any preferred Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) that the offeror should consider for compa bility purposes? See Amendment 0001.
b) Please provide specifica ons for the required and desired inputs that each video wall must support. Each video wall should support up to 18 inputs in HDMI format suppor ng up to 4K.
c) Are all inputs in HDMI/DVI format, or are there mixed formats such as Composite? Yes, all HDMI format.
d) Please provide the dimensions of the video wall(s), including the desired number of displays for each wall. Each wall should be 6' 9.04'' H X 24' 0.15'' W X 0' 2.1” D (Approximate dimensions), 2160x7680 pixels.
e) Please provide the sizes required for each video display and any other required specifica ons.

f) Please specify the type of signal (HDMI/Composite) that will be coming from the Video Matrix to the video wall controller/processor and the type of connec on(s). All HDMI
g) How many and what types of inputs and outputs are required? (e.g., Fiber/HDMI/DVI) 18 HDMI inputs per video wall. Outputs should be 2 per video wall, but it may depend on what type of video wall is specified.
h) If available, please provide a line drawing of the As-Built. Not available.
i) What is the control manufacturer currently in place, and should the offeror replace the controller or connect to it? The controller is an Extron IPCP Pro 555Q xi and offeror should connect to it.
j) What is the video matrix manufacturer currently in place, and should the offeror replace the matrix or connect to it? The video matrix switch is an Extron XTP II Crosspoint 6400 and offeror should connect to it.
k) Please specify the classifica on levels each video wall will display and process. Unclassified and Secret.
l) Please specify the types, voltage, amperage, loca on, quan ty, circuit informa on, and distance of available power receptacles for the video wall installa on, including any backup power sources. Request remote power modules and remote video modules for video walls. Equipment cabinets are installed in a comm room behind each wall and all cabinets are supplied with building UPS circuits.
m) Does the government an cipate any changes such as installing 220V power? No
n) Please iden fy if cabinets are used to house the power/cable harnesses. Equipment cabinets are installed in a comm room behind each video wall.
o) Please specify any known configura ons of the video walls (LED, LCD, Projec on). LED
p) Please specify if an Uninterrup ble Power Supply (UPS) is available for each display and necessary video wall components. Building UPS circuits are supplied to each equipment cabinet
q) Please specify any labeling requirements. Government will provide cable labels.
r) Please specify any weight limita ons related to the exis ng video wall(s). Exis ng wall supports
18 each Planar Clarity Matrix MX55-L per video wall.
s) Please specify if there are any trim or wall décor requirements necessary to match the exis ng loca on. No special requirements.
Q6:
a. We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. This is a brand-new contract to procure and install two (2) video walls and two (2) video processors, as well as remove exis ng equipment. There are no recurring services for this requirement.
b. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? N/A

6.1.3
1. What is exis ng control system in place? Exis ng control system is Extron Electronics.
a. Is GOV reques ng cer fied programmers in exis ng technology/manufacturer? Yes, for Extron control system.
2. Is GOV reques ng any follow-on support/maintenance on integra on performed? Yes, the Contractor shall provide a 12-month warranty on the system and associated installa on.
a. If yes- what is acceptable on-site response me of cer fied cleared technicians’ deployment to site/place of performance? Warranty shall include 8 x 5 telephone helpdesk support during standard federal government business hours, remote engineering support for cri cal system troubleshoo ng, and less than 24 hour on-site response me if necessary.
b. If yes- where would GOV require storage of spare parts and mission cri cal maintenance equipment? The Contractor shall acquire and maintain an inventory of spare parts mee ng the video wall manufacturer’s recommended on-hand replacement parts. Spare parts shall be readily available for installa on during on-site troubleshoo ng within less than 24 hours.
