About this file
This document provides guidance on evaluating past performance for a forthcoming SOF Core Support solicitation. The solicitation seeks to recompete expiring SOCOM Wide Mission Support IDIQ contracts that provided non-personal services and included multiple award IDIQ, time and materials, labor hour, fixed price, and cost reimbursement contract types. Past performance efforts of $10M or more that involved IDIQ contracts with 10 or more contract actions across 10 labor categories would be considered very relevant. Efforts between $7.5-10M or involving 7-10 actions or categories would be relevant. Somewhat relevant efforts were valued between $5-7.5M or involved 5-6 actions or categories. Proposals are due January 31, 2019 with an industry day scheduled for early March. Comments on the draft RFP are due late April as the United States Special Operations Command plans to release the final solicitation.
