About this file
This document contains an organizational conflict of interest disclosure form and information about an upcoming federal contract opportunity for SOF Core Support services. The disclosure form requests information about any existing contracts or subcontracts held by an offeror that could create an actual or potential conflict of interest with the SOF Core Support requirement. It asks for details such as the contractor, program title, contracting agency, contract number, scope of work, period of performance, and value of the existing contract or subcontract. The federal contract opportunity notice indicates that the United States Special Operations Command plans to re-compete the expiring SOCOM Wide Mission Support contracts and is seeking industry feedback on a draft request for proposals for new SOF Core Support services. A draft RFP is scheduled for release on January 31, 2019 with an industry day planned for early March 2019 and comments due by the end of April 2019. No further details are provided on response dates, pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents or contract awards.
