| PWS | Section 18 | |||
| Government Furnished Property / Equipment / Information Page #21 | •Reference Section 18.1 “All support equipment including work space, computers, telephones, access to printer/copier/fax, bus and other vehicles, and other reasonably necessary supplies, as determined by the OIC, shall be provided by the Government as required.” |

| Contractor Travel | Reference PWS 14 (14.1-14.2), Contractor Travel, the PWS requires contractor to support professional development and training. |
Discussion: The pricing requires travel for this course to be included in the offerors fixed price
| Question: Will the Government please confirm that employees of the successful offeror be required to attend the NSW Professional Development High Risk Training, regardless of prior attendance to facilitate fair evaluation that competitive fixed price offers include the same priced requirements. | Regarding 14.1, the Government has revised the PWS to clarify requirements and associated pricing implications. FTEs that have previously taken the NSW Professional High Risk Training or an equivalent Special Operation Forces (SOF) course while a military member or under a previous contract vehicle are not required to retake the course for this contract. To the extent the existing contractor may ultimately have less FTEs that have to take the course, it is unknown whether that will occur and regardless is an inherent advantage of being the incumbent. There are various factors that may impact all offerors' pricing in this area differently and the Government will not artifically increase prices by requiring all FTEs to retake the course. There is no operational requirement to do that. Regarding 14.2, see answer 22. | |||
| Attachment 1- PWS | Section 4.2.2.5, Page 8 | Can you confirm that section 4.2.2.5 of the Performance Work Statement refers to a single lead physical training instructor, and if not, do the requirements apply to both lead physical training instructors? | The requriements of PWS Section 4.2.2.5 applies to the two (2) lead training instructors referenced in 4.2.2.1.1. Section 4.2.2.5 has been revised to be plural. |
