1. Discuss how your company will ensure Army Mission Command Systems and simulations interoperate and what the users of both need to be concerned with to achieve exercise and operational objectives.

2. Explain your company’s capacity and technical ability to build Special Operation Forces (SOF) exercise architecture ensuring it is tailored to the user’s requirement and training objectives during local and distributed exercises. Also, provide your company’s experience and technical ability in building exercise architecture for O8/O6/O5 HQ’s exercises.

3. Provide your company’s experience and technical ability in integrating simulations and simulation tools (including database sources) into individual and collective training.

4. Provide your company’s experience and technical ability regarding Modeling & Simulation representation of systems, human and organizational behavior, and natural environment.

5. Provide your company’s experience and capability preparing and instructing courses on Army and Joint Mission Command systems such as Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P), (Automated Information Discovery Environment (AIDE), Palantir, GAIA, FADE-MIST, and Tactical Assault Kit (TAK),

6. Explain your company’s ability and experience in hiring, managing and leading a workforce supporting a Mission Command Training Complex/Center that plans, prepares and executes Mission Readiness Exercises (local and distributed) for a variety of Special Operations Headquarters (to include Joint SOF elements at the Battalion and higher echelon levels). This includes maintaining cyber security posture for closed restricted training networks, ensuring Risk Management Framework compliance, Authority to Connect, and Authority to Operate compliance, creating programs of instruction (POIs) and course material on Mission Command Systems, ensuring property accountability for numerous line items in accordance with U.S. Army property regulations, scheduling facility maintenance and lastly ensuring physical security using an electronic security system, and key control.

7. Explain your company’s experience preparing simulation scenarios, course material and teaching Close Air Support/Call for Fire using a virtual simulator for individual and collective training events.
