Possible relocation for multipurpose conference room from 14th. The current multipurpose room is 882 SF, we can go down as low as 730 SF for this space.
Possible area along the wall for counter top break area (with fridge, microwave, storage, and bar height seating).
Security Closet will need to be 80 SF in order to accommodate security equipment. Security closet must be located on this floor.
Move attorney office to 14th (to make room for larger copy/print room or security closet and to backfill vacated space left by moving multipurpose room).
The employees on this floor need a place to sit and eat.
We suggest moving the multipurpose room from 14 to this floor and adding a break bar (see other note on this page).
HR wall will need additional soundproofing, if conference room is next door.
Will the Space Saver HDFS fit the way this room is configured?
Atty Off.
Relo from 14
Remove. Suggest storage in its place.
Move ALJ offices to area vacated by multipurpose room.
Awkward location for QR. Suggest removing/relocating.
Relocate team to area vacated by multipurpose room.
Use area for enclosed large break room with tables/chairs
Relocate hoteling area to 15.
Remove seating, retain break nook with under counter fridge, microwave, etc.
Still prefer these storage spaces to be on 5 with Admin.
Relocate to upper right corner of floor. This area could accommodate another support staff location with the relocation of the equipment closet as well.
Open doorway.
Vestibule is a portion of the mail room SF.
Suggested relo for hoteling on 14.
HDFS Expanded right.
Arrows indicate recommended hallway.
Bulk storage still not accessible enough.
Suggest move next to mail room.
This cubicle does not appear to be represented in the counts below.
The mail room/ docket/HDFS spaces are better suited
Because of the inventory and vendor traffic anticipated near this area, we are concerned about disruptions with the Tax Court across the hall. Is it possible to reinforce the floor on 5 so we can relocate this entire area there instead? It also makes more business sense functionally speaking.
