Façade Repair and Restoration, James T Foley US Courthouse, Albany NY

Questions and answers regarding the solicitation

1. Is the information requested in B.1 and B.2 the same? Each section requires 3 projects within 3 years. See amendment 0002, which removes the three [3] year time restriction on section B.1 of section 008000. The 3 year time frame remains for B.2 because the Federal Acquisition Regulation defines past performance as within 3 years. Past experience can include projects done more than 3 years ago if applicable.

Can both sections be the same projects or would you rather see different projects in each section? They can be the same but do not have to be.

2. We currently are under contract on a project that is approximately 70% complete. Can I list this project in either section B.1 or B.2...or both? Yes, current on-going projects are acceptable examples for either section.

3. When submitting our package (Technical and Price Proposals) are we to enclose each in separate envelopes contained within the UPS envelope? YES

4. Is the address shown in paragraph 1.7 of section 008000 a valid address for UPS/FedEx deliveries? Yes
