About this file

This document contains testing results for fire suppression systems across four buildings (A, B, C, and D), presenting pass/fail data for individual components and assemblies.

Building A tested 261 total items with 161 passing and 100 failing. Notable failures include Gauges (15 failures), Hose Valves (52 failures), Inspector's Tests (14 failures), Check Valves (3 failures), and Dry Pipe Valves (2 failures). Building B tested 110 total items with 65 passing and 45 failing, with significant failures in Hose Valves (26 failures), Gauges (5 failures), and Inspector's Tests (9 failures). Building C tested 354 total items with 244 passing and 110 failing, exhibiting the highest failure rate in Hose Valves (61 failures) and Gauges (17 failures), along with substantial failures in Check Valves (4 failures) and Control Valves (11 failures). Building D tested 141 total items with 96 passing and 45 failing, with notable failures in Hose Valves (23 failures), Gauges (11 failures), and Check Valves (3 failures). Across all buildings, Hose Valves and Gauges demonstrated the most consistent failure patterns, while components such as Air Maintenance Devices, Tamper Switches, and Drain systems generally achieved high pass rates. The combined testing encompassed a total of 866 items across the four buildings, with 566 passing and 300 failing.
