About this file

This document is an attachment to a state and local contract opportunity for the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS) to establish a three-year contract for the annual preventive maintenance and repair of generators and small equipment located at the Constellation Gaseous Effluent Monitoring System (GEMS) sites and IEMA-OHS locations. The contract will cover pricing and include a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for all orders. The document provides detailed equipment lists, including model numbers and serial numbers, for the generator units and transfer switches located at various power plants and IEMA-OHS facilities across the state. It also includes pricing tables for annual preventive maintenance, load bank testing, and labor rates for service and repairs outside of the preventative maintenance.

The pricing tables include per-unit costs for the three-year contract term from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2026. Vendors must provide a percentage off MSRP for any parts and supplies needed for break/fix repairs. The contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Illinois Procurement Code, requiring contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wage rates. Vendors must comply with all applicable requirements.
