About this file
This is Contract Amendment #5 to a Food Service Management Agreement between the Colorado Department of Higher Education (State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education) and Aladdin Food Management Services, LLC for Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC). The amendment extends the original contract (CNCC 21-001), which became effective July 1, 2022, for an additional one-year term beginning July 1, 2025. The contractor is responsible for managing and operating food services for CNCC's students, faculty, staff, employees, visitors, and invited guests. The current contract expiration date is June 30, 2026, with the amendment effective date of April 4, 2025. The amendment was executed by Travis Young, Sr. Vice President for Aladdin Food Management, LLC; Dr. Lisa Jones, CNCC President; and Hailee Russell, CNCC Controller Delegate, on behalf of the State Controller.
The contract maximum amount for State Fiscal Year 2026 is $997,500.00. The amendment includes revised pricing for meal plans designated as M19 and M14 meal tiers, with costs varying based on resident populations ranging from 75-84 residents to 275-285 residents. The M19 tier ranges from $15.76 to $40.75 per person, while the M14 tier ranges from $14.11 to $39.11 per person, depending on population size. Aladdin Food Management Services, LLC is the incumbent contractor continuing under this amended agreement. The amendment modifies the original contract's expiration date and maximum amount table while maintaining all other terms and conditions of the underlying Food Service Partnership Agreement.
