About this file

This is Addendum 1 to a solicitation issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for the Yellow River Little Gin Hole Landing Restoration project, a riverbank stabilization construction initiative in Okaloosa County. The addendum updates the calendar of events for solicitation FWC 25/26-32C, which seeks competitive bids for wood revetment and bank stabilization measures using tree materials from proposed harvest locations and plantings. The mandatory pre-bid conference remains scheduled for December 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM ET. The deadline for submitting written questions has been extended to December 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET, with responses now anticipated by December 30, 2025. The sealed bid submission deadline has been extended from January 8, 2026, to January 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET, with the public bid opening also moved to January 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET. The anticipated award date has been extended to January 20, 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted to the FWC Purchasing Office at 1875 Orange Avenue East, Tallahassee, Florida 32311-6160, with public opening attendance available in person or via teleconference.

The addendum provides no pricing information, set-asides, or funding details beyond what may be contained in the original solicitation documents. The extension of key dates represents a one-week delay across all submission and award milestones. All responses must be clearly marked with the bid number FWC 25/26-32C, and vendors must comply with protest procedures outlined in Florida Statutes Section 120.57(3) and Florida Administrative Code Chapter 28-110. The FWC Procurement Manager Elbert Orellana issued the addendum on December 23, 2025.
