About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an architectural and engineering (A&E) design contract related to the I-405: Fremont Bridge (Willamette River) West Ramps painting project. The project is located in Multnomah County and the City of Portland, Oregon. The SOW details the scope of services to be provided by the consultant, including project management, meetings, risk management, value engineering, environmental services, public involvement, utilities coordination, bridge and structures design, traffic engineering, right-of-way services, and quality assurance/quality control. Key deliverables include progress reports, schedules, design packages, review meetings, and risk management plans. The contract term is not specified.

The SOW does not provide specific pricing terms, set-asides, or funding sources. However, it notes that the project is likely over $25 million in value, which may trigger certain requirements such as a cost risk assessment and value engineering study. The document also references the use of ProjectWise for document management and coordination with the agency.
