About this file
This document is a Form 10 compliance document related to Florida state procurement regulations, specifically addressing labor and commodity procurement standards under sections 787.06 and 287.1346 of Florida Statutes. The form requires nongovernmental entities to certify that they do not use coercion for labor or services and that their commodities are not produced through forced labor when participating in government contracts.
The form is divided into two parts: Part A focuses on labor practices, requiring entities to declare they do not use coercion for labor or services as defined by state statute, while Part B requires senior management to certify that commodities offered to the state have not been produced by forced labor. The document provides a template for entities to complete, including spaces for entity name, representative/officer details, signatures, and dates, which serves as a mandatory compliance mechanism for state procurement processes.
