About this file

The document is a Finance Remodel Scope for a Complex Finance Remodel project, detailing comprehensive renovation plans for two rooms (Room 1 and Room 2). The scope includes extensive structural and infrastructure modifications such as demolishing and constructing new walls, removing existing fixtures, installing new electrical and data systems, upgrading HVAC components, and performing interior finishes. Specific work includes moving and constructing walls with precise dimensional specifications, removing a ceiling fan, installing two dimmable LED lighting panels, adding an office door, running Cat6 cabling to the IT server room through approximately 60 feet of open web trussing, and replacing approximately 2,355 sq. ft. of carpet.

The project involves detailed specifications for finishes and materials, including Tarkett 4.5-inch Moon Rock wall base molding, Cornerstone carpet with color #106180 and style #1467302500, and interior walls to be painted with a satin sheen (paint color subject to approval). Additional notes specify that furniture will be supplied by others, constructed walls must match existing finishes, and all doors must be commercial-rated to meet programmed occupancy and applicable codes. The floor plan indicates the remodel will involve reconfiguring electrical, HVAC, and data connection layouts across the two rooms, with careful attention to routing and positioning of new infrastructure components.
