About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details trailer maintenance services for the 351st Special Warfare Training Squadron (SWTS). The contract requires semi-annual routine maintenance on 23 government-owned trailers, including block trailers, HELO trailers, generator trailers, flatbed trailers, and a rubber boat trailer, ranging from 12' to 34' in length. The equipment supports training operations across New Mexico and Arizona.
Key performance requirements include semi-annual inspections, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and comprehensive quality control. Contractors must provide detailed inspection reports, maintenance quotations, and monthly status reports. Specific inspection criteria cover trailer components like placards, valves, safety cables, suspension, electrical systems, and generator functionality. The maintenance schedule is structured with specific equipment assigned to different months throughout the year, ensuring systematic coverage of the entire trailer fleet.
