About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines trailer maintenance services for the 351st Special Warfare Training Squadron (SWTS). The contract requires semi-annual maintenance for a fleet of 22 government-owned trailers, including block trailers, HELO trailers, generator trailers, flatbed trailers, and a toy hauler, ranging from 12' to 34' in length. The trailers are critical for transporting training equipment and supporting training missions across New Mexico and Arizona.

Specific maintenance requirements include comprehensive visual and operational inspections, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and adherence to strict quality control standards. The contractor must provide detailed inspection reports, maintenance quotations, and monthly status reports. Performance objectives include timely communication, accurate reporting, and ensuring equipment safety, with performance thresholds such as no more than two communication discrepancies per month and no more than one unscheduled maintenance event due to poor workmanship. The maintenance schedule is structured with specific equipment assigned to different months throughout the year, ensuring systematic coverage of the entire trailer fleet.
