About this file
This document contains a past performance questionnaire for a federal contractor and details of a related federal contract opportunity. The past performance questionnaire is a template for a government customer to provide feedback on a contractor's previous work on an unspecified contract. It includes 23 questions rating various technical and management aspects of performance on a scale from Excellent to Fails and requests comments. The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number FA8810-19-R-0002 for Tools, Applications, and Processing Laboratory and Overhead Persistent Infrared Battlespace Awareness Center Support Services. The Air Force Space Command Space and Missile Systems Center will release an RFP on or after October 23, 2019 seeking predominantly cost-plus-fixed-fee support services to operate a data exploitation laboratory and provide capabilities to an operational center. The small business set-aside contract is for management and integration of research into operational systems.
