IAFNOS Appendix 3
Workload This appendix provides an outline of the expected workload requirements for IAFNOS.
Table 3.1 – IAFNOS Change Request and Incident Ticket Workload Distribution: This table provides a reference for offerors that shows the minimum percentage of the total number of change requests and incident tickets contractor personnel are expected to complete by PWS task. For example, assuming that PWS Section 3.3.3 Monitoring Management had 150 change requests and incident tickets in a single month the contractor would be expected to complete at least 105 of them.
Table 3.2 – 690 COG Change Request and Incident Ticket Numbers per Year: This table provides a reference for offerors that shows the different areas of the PWS that have workload based on change requests and incident tickets. It provides total number of tickets in an area per year and provides the average time required to close a ticket. The contractor should assume that tickets will be accomplished evenly among shifts defined in IAFNOS Appendix 4. For example, the day shift would accomplish tickets that require customer interaction and the swing and night shifts would accomplish tickets that are more maintenance oriented.
Table 3.3 – AMAC Sensor Events Numbers per Year: This table provides a reference for the offerors that shows the estimated number of sensor events per year that the AMAC is expected to investigate.
Table 3.4 – AMAC Order Production Numbers per Year: This table provides a reference for offerors that shows the estimated number of orders that the AMAC is expected to produce over a year.
Table 3.5 – AFIN Reporting Cell Numbers per Year: This table provides a reference for the offerors that shows the estimated amount of workload in the AMAC’s AFIN reporting cell.
Table 3.6 – Enterprise-Level Mission Area Support Contractor Workload: This table provides a reference for offerors that shows the expected workload for the Enterprise-Level Mission Area.
Table 3.7 – 690 COG Operations Support Contractor Workload: This table provides a reference for offerors that shows the expected contractor workload in all areas of Operations Support not covered in other tables.
The contractor shall man the APC, Section 3.4, to accomplish TPI per the Appendix 4 shift requirements and provide TPI on-call services on the weekends per Appendix 4. The number of on-call hours is expected to be 1,920 hours per year per APC. The number of change requests and incident tickets indicated in Table 3.2 can be accomplished within the staffing required above.
