About this file

This is a Questions & Answers document for federal contract opportunity FA87126Q0976, issued on 13 July 2026. The document addresses clarifications regarding audiovisual (AV) and video requirements for a government facility with existing conferencing capabilities.

Key technical clarifications include: MS Teams capability is already present in the room, with the requirement limited to enabling audio from embedded files to be transmitted over Teams; no AV Bridge device is currently required or needed; the government has an existing Crestron Panel (Model TSW-1060-TTK-B-S) that will remain in place. Regarding video input/output (IO) capabilities, the system must support projection from an existing in-room PC equipped with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, accept BYOD devices via HDMI from the podium, accommodate cable TV feeds controlled via the existing Crestron panels in both the projection booth and podium for major news events, operate existing teleconference cameras located beneath side LCD projectors, and control all three projectors based on client usage requirements. The document clarifies that proposed solutions may exceed the stated baseline if they offer improved functionality, as reference to "updated equipment" in the Audio Narrative represents an optional rather than mandatory requirement.

FA87126Q0976 – Questions & Answers No. 2

13 JULY 2026

Answer 6: See Answer 3.

Question 7: What would we need to know about Video IO?

Answer 7: As it pertains to Video IO, we need to have the ability to project from an existing PC in the room, complete with Microsoft Office and Microsoft teams, as well as the ability to have participants bring in their BYOD via HDMI that is currently on the podium. Also, on the existing Crestron panel in both the Projection booth and the podium we have offered the ability to have a cable tv feed in case of a major news event that is wished to be viewed for a larger audience. There is also the ability to operate the existing teleconference cameras that are located under the side LCD projectors, in addition to operating all 3 projectors depending on client usage.
