About this file

This is a List of Materials (LOM) attachment for a small business set-aside RFQ (FA875126Q0976) issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Research Laboratory for auditorium audio/visual equipment upgrades at AFRL/RF in Rome, NY. The LOM details existing equipment distributed across podium, booth, outside booth, and lighting areas that contractors must assess for reuse or replacement.

Equipment designated for reuse includes Crestron control panels, Biamp audio systems, Netgear switches, Rockville light board, Barco DLP projectors, LEA amplifiers, EV speakers, and various transmission and switching devices. The contractor must reprogram compatible units with updated software to work with the integrated system. Shure wireless microphone transmitters (4 units) are marked for replacement due to sound quality issues, with the specification noting the addition of a catch box plus system including both bodypack and handheld microphones. Existing lighting spotlights will be removed from the console, with control integrated into the Crestron panels via RS232 or relay interface modules. The contractor must provide complete installation and programming of all new and existing equipment, deliver system access information, codes and diagrams, and provide training on the solution. Delivery is required 60 days after receipt of order on a firm fixed price basis with FOB destination to Rome, NY.
