| The DCMA Form 640, requested in Section L.4.6, varies in page length depending on DCMA comments/assessment. Our completed form is 26 pages. Due to the varying length of the document, we respectfully request that this document be excluded from the 75-page count in Volume II. |
| The page count listed in Section L for Volume II (75 pages and/or 75 charts) encompasses all criteria including DCMA Form 640. |

| Section L, Table 1 – Proposal Organization, shows that the page limit for Technical Volume II is 75 pages and/or 75 charts. Does this mean that the page limit is 75 pages and 75 charts for a total of 150 pages? |
| Per the documentation, industry has the option to submit 75 pages and 75 charts or 75 pages or 75 charts. |

| 7.1.1 |
| Section L, 7.1.1 requests that block 7 of form DD Form 1155 be completed though this is typically a USG populated field. Please confirm what contractor provided data is requested in this field. |
| Block 7 is where you fill in your DCMA Information (i.e. office, address, etc.) |
